Meetings and Event Planning
ITM has experience producing meetings and events of all sizes and requirements. We coordinate monthly membership meetings for our clients which consist of 15-100 people as well as events for over 500 individuals. Meeting and event planning consists of all meeting arrangements and set up, food and beverage, speakers, pre and post communication, social media, registration, on-site staff as necessary, travel arrangements, meeting and event material preparation. ITM also has functions to coordinate online registration for event attendees.

- Colorado International Marketing Organization, an economic development and international tourism marketing organization focused on airline route development.
